“The underground” aims to be a small tribute to the video-tape format and the
horror film genre. For this I have looked for a filmic topic that could serve my purpose of
achieving an oppressive atmosphere, finding in the concept of loop some qualities that are more than appropriate when it comes to developing a micro-narrative of a dark nature.

In this way, the story that I present in my project is circular. The theme of the project is
identity seen from a prism of horror. Most of my works share this concept as a theme,
but always from an analytical perspective. On this occasion, I have tried to project identity as a well from which to look and observe with horror how it returns to us with its look. What happens when you think you know yourself and, yet, you don't?
